Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save maps of your home, set up cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and how much water your mop consumes.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are essential features for my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and can even lift its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also avoid obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuums best vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad of more than 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means that you can set it and forget it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids I've test.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's expensive. The number of features makes it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can justify the price we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. The high price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It comes with an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it did very well in all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of the debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, then refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. The base station must be emptied, and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are bought separately are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a smaller budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could buy however, its cost and constant maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your floors while cleaning up wet mess take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity for mopping and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is almost entire width of the robot and is constantly filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and dumped into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and handle up to half a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to opt for this feature you'll have to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your own cleaner of choice.

As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map out a space and moved around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has some outstanding features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and take care to clean everything that is that is mapped by the device or you can pick particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've evaluated like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is efficient in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

The one glaring flaw of this model is the absence of a mop-after-automatic vacuum and mop option that could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning their robot vacuum reviews. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last remnants of debris and dust that you've left behind from the vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
