Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the most efficient way to quickly clean up mess. The top robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as tangled wires.

It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and had to flip over to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an appliance that can do everything.

Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as others.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my office clean. It can also reach the corners of my small apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it knows what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also has some outstanding standout features, including the self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach areas other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets with high-pile rug. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to reduce time. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't wish to spend extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping capabilities it is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is a good option. It has a wide range of features like a self-emptying dustbin, an additional water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we've tested.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed quite well. It has a range of cleaning modes, from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy and is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has decent suction power and can be configured to take pictures of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they won't be removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but it's not so good at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
