Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

For example, the elite shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop can swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

In the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item upgrades's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not affect the item's longevity. This makes the system an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Moreover players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several ways to obtain the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally, players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them more effects or an improved level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.

Some items benefit from being upgraded not so much for their improved stats and more because it lets players get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an open window that displays the required requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade.
