Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are increasingly capable, acing our tests for cleaning and taking on a variety of floor types. Select models that allow you to select between a variety of modes, including self-emptying and clean stairs.

Many of the top models work with your smartphone. Look for an app that allows you to save maps, schedules and select cleaning options.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It uses lidar for navigation making maps of floors and rooms.

When I tried the S1, it was able to identify our downstairs, which is home to linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, along with carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even across thresholds that are raised without issue. However, it had some difficulty navigating down the stairs in one pass. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. The mop sped along on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or rug.

The docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and replenishes its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution to the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank is able to hold up to 12 cleaning sessions, but this will vary based on how often you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots that vacuum and mop, the S1 requires periodic maintenance to ensure that it's operating efficiently. You'll need to periodically rinse out the tank that has been contaminated to prevent it from becoming blocked. Also, you'll need to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to avoid them becoming blocked by dust or dirt. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

This all-in-one robot mop and vacuum combo from Ecovacs is a powerful option for Best Robot Vacuum and Mop cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8700Pa of suction and comes with a number of innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstacles and cleans furniture. 3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship model of robot vacuums with mop mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is simple to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the best robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush will give you a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It was able to clean the dirtiest areas of our tests efficiently while avoiding pet hairs and other messes. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation is nimble it can navigate tight spaces and negotiating stairs without missing a beat. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than some competitors however, and tends to leave a thick distance over obstacles, which can result in missed spots.

Its app has a streamlined and intuitive interface that will be easy to use for both new and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleaning tasks. You can also adjust suction power, mop setting, and view 2D and 3-D maps. It is accessible via the app, Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri and allows you to monitor its progress from any location. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely for real-time video supervision. You will need a stable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 pro

Robot vacuums are excellent at picking up dirt and debris but they can't reach every speck of dust. It's important to vacuum frequently, every week. This is especially true for dust that collects in corners, on shelves, and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums and mop, is made to do exactly that. It is easy to connect to your WiFI network at home and works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the company's more expensive S-series models. It includes the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It uses the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it's less expensive because it does not have mopping capabilities, and also has a plastic body.

The Q5 is still one of the most powerful mopping and vacuums we've seen in this price range even though it's not able to wipe your floor. It has a strong suction of 5500Pa, and an automatic empty system, so you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It has a smart app which allows you to schedule cleaning and choose the floor type. It also comes with an automatic water tank filling system and washing system for hands-free operation.

Its mops are also impressive, with 2700Pa of power to take on dirt, dust and pet hair on both hard floors and carpets. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested did not show issues with high-pile carpets and rugs. However, it could not handle kitty litter or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising as it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle-avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also has an innovative mapping system that lets it reach tight corners and corners that other vacuums can't. This device also collects more dust in a larger bin, so you don't have to empty it as frequently. It also has washable filters which reduces the cost. The robot can recognize carpets and increase suction if needed. You can also mark off areas you want to be able to keep from using the app.
