The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it was near carpets or carpets.

The docking station of the S1 automatically empties its dust bin and refills its water tank on board with clean, ozonated waters prior to every mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water to ensure deep cleaning. The mopping capabilities are quite good as well, with a pair of spin mops that actually lift and scrub the floors, instead of just dragging the pad over it. The mops are also cleaned with heated water and dried in the base station as needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station as required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new top-of-the-line best robot cleaner mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is easy to maintain. This makes it a contender for our list of the best robot vacuum and mop robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and an extended side brush ensure a thorough, customized clean is achieved.

The Q5 is among the few robots we test that didn't have trouble with high-pile carpets and area rug, but it was unable to remove kitty litter or cable tangles and Best Robot Vacuum and Mop cable tangles, which isn't a surprise since it does not include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
