Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

The statistics of an item are improved through upgrading it, also referred to as "upping". Each upgrade increment gives a linear increase in any stat.

Upgrade components

In Guild Wars 2, an upgrade to an item is a method to increase the stats on your weapons and armor.
