This can cause the X1 to become stuck if it gets caught in a blockage like a power cable tangled over a rug. It won't work until you untangle it manually. While this was rare but it was a very frustrating experience when it did happen particularly since the X1 Omni doesn't come with a "stuck" status alert in its app.

Another issue that could be a problem is another issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during cleaning. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad, except that the mopping pad isn't cleaned or dried between uses. This can lead to mildew and mold.
