WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item upgrading by 3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are not as important for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll an exact version.
