Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops have become more capable, acing our tests of cleaning and tackling different types of floors. Choose models that permit you to select between a variety of types, including self-emptying and clean stairs.

Many of the top models work with your smartphone. Look for an app that lets you save maps, schedules and choose cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and fine particles from both hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned our tests' most filthy areas well, and keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other messes. The sweeping performance is augmented by an additional side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that can be placed alongside baseboards.

Its navigation system is nimble that can navigate tiny spaces and negotiating stairs without missing a step. It can move from one area to another without having to reverse direction which is a great feature for homes with several rooms. Its obstacle avoidance technology isn't as advanced than its competitors, however, and tends to leave a large distance around obstacles, which can result in missed spots.

The app features a simple user interface that is designed to be easy to use for both new and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleaning tasks.
