Top Robot Vacuums and Mop Combos

While robots can't substitute for a conventional vacuum in picking up dirt-in particles like metal screws or chunks of orzo pasta, they are excellent at sweeping dust, crumbs and pet hair. The most effective models come with smart navigation technology and object avoidance features which allow them to navigate around toys, cords and other obstacles in the household.

1. IRobot Roomba i3+ EVO

The iRobot Roomba i3+ EVO is a fantastic robot vacuum that has a variety of clever features that make it more easy to maintain than other models. The automatic floor cleaner bin emptying feature is among the most useful features we've encountered in an iRobot, and it works well with hard floors as well as carpets. Although the i3+ EVO is superior in picking up dirt and debris from surfaces than the other robovacs we reviewed however, it's not the most effective when it comes to cleaning edges and corners. It's also more abrasive on furniture despite being relatively silent. It was quite rough on furniture as it forced chairs away. It also caused collisions with the sides of the bed.

2. Black & Decker Q5 Pro

The Q5 Pro's 240 minute running time is also impressive when compared to other 2-in-1 robots that we tested.
