Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

Item upgrade, commonly known as "upping," improves an item's stats. Each upgrade increment boosts the stats linearly.

Players can recycle up to six items at a time in order to gain an ability to gauge the level of each of the upgraded components. The cost of recycling an item scales according to its rarity and.

Upgrade components

An item upgrade in Guild Wars 2 is a process that can boost the effectiveness of your armor and weapons. This can be achieved through many different methods, including using upgrade components as well as upgrading an item's mark levels or rarity. Each glyph comes with a range of values that it could increase a stat's value, as shown on the item upgrades when you open the glyph in the Glyph Storage or when you use them to enchant an artifact. This isn't the exact amount at which the glyph will increase a stat, but the maximum amount by which it can increase a stat. The value of the glyph is contingent on the tier as well as the quality of the item you are enchanting.

The majority of upgrade components that are added to items cannot be removed or replaced without dismantling them, with the exception of legendary equipment and upgrades.
