The special model which is available on a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed is inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of the car can be felt throughout the cabin as well as a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features an open display window that displays an original crankshaft of the 8 Litre displayed inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in the form of a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome application through the back of the vehicle. the car's signature front grille designed following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille is also unique, sporting a chrome shell instead of the usual body-color mesh like that of the regular Mulsanne and also featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key box is embossed with Bentley wings and comes with a black flock lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to complement or contrast the key box. The set is also commemorative, and includes a bespoke 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and flying paperweight, plus a printed brochure featuring previously unpublished images of the original 1930s 8 Litre.
