Midi Bed With Storage

A Midi bed with storage (also known as cabin beds) provides the best of both worlds, offering kids a fun sleeping area and plenty of room underneath to play and keep toys. Size

Midi beds that have storage are typically lower than high-sleepers and have an easier staircase or ladder making them ideal for smaller rooms. They take a single UK mattress and add a range of useful elements beneath. From a cleverly designed desk that can be turned into a cupboard to hold totes, to stylish drawers that move with a smooth no-wobble movement.

Many of our midi cabin beds are offered in multiple colour finishes so you can pick the one that suits your child's bedroom most. Some go further and include various bespoke storage units. This includes a desk that is able to move between two on wheels, four storage drawers and two cupboards with doors included. The Eli F takes things to the next level with doors that match your foot and head boards.

The Luna low line loft bed, also known as a the midi storage bed is small and comes with everything you need such as a ladder that could be turned, a desk that slides across the floor on wheels, a three drawer chest and cabinet, all included. You can also have it made in reverse, for example the ladder on the left. Ask in the store or indicate this request at checkout.

This midi loft that is compact and has storage features everything your child needs - the desk slides in and out on wheels, and there are three drawers where they can store their trinkets or toys and a huge cupboard to keep their books in.

Some midi loft beds that have storage come with a desk already integrated into the bunk (as shown in the image above) and others, like our Luna midi bunk have the ladder set on the right side so that the desk can be put at the left (please ask in store, on the phone or add this in the comments section when you're checking out if this is important to you).

Most midi loft beds require the standard UK Single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with a wooden base. The cost of the bed does not include the mattress. We suggest looking through our mattress deals to find one that fits your budget.

Stores

They are usually fitted with clever storage options such as cabinets, drawers, and desks to store books, toys, and other items. Some of our midi-cabin bed mid beds have the possibility of adding doors to cabinets and drawers. They are available in the same color as your footboard and head. If you require this, you can ask in store by phone or in-store, or include a note in your order.

Mattress

Most midi beds are compatible with standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk comes with a safety rail to give you additional security. Some models feature the option of a pull-out trundle drawer which can be used to host sleepovers or to create additional storage space underneath the bed. These can be either open or fitted with a door (please refer to the product details for more information).

A lot of midi cabins have a desk which can be moved between two upper levels or chests of drawers. This gives children their own space to store everything they own. It also means that they don't have to take up floor space by using bulky shelving or wardrobes.

Some models have gone a step further by having cabinets that are flush mounted or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storing toys and books.
