Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions can be a great way to get gear, weapons, and more. But they're also difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot allows you to carry pistols on the course of. Some players utilize this slot to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some players utilize the extra pistol to bridge a gap. It's important to note that in order to select the pistols in this slot, you need to click on the button for the appropriate category such as alternate slot 2 machine guns. Being able to have Major Expedition and Adept Rider in use makes it much simpler to accomplish. This combo will add a damage tick every 10 seconds from the concealed Weapon for as long as it is positioned.

Slot for items being smuggled

The smuggled item slot is an amazing feature that allows players to bring tools and weapons into the game, but could be improved. It's currently shaped as an a gun, which makes it hard to differentiate the smuggled item slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot is able to hold many different items, ranging from small concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are covertly stashed in a hidden location on the map and are able to be found at any time. These items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that hide only small objects in the scenery, and objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature available in missions that are episodic. It allows players to unlock different starting locations as well as smuggled items and gear latest slots prior to entering the map. As players advance through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning expand. This gives players the ability to design the perfect mission for every task.

Gear Slot

The slots for gear will quickly fill up early in the game, which will result in the dreaded message "Your Gear slots for real money Are Full". This message will prevent Max to select new equipment until the previous items are removed or a larger space has been obtained. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenge missions. Since many of these challenges could be overlooked and are scattered around the globe, it could take a while to get the most inventory slots available in the game.

Each player can have up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to breaking in. Each gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store an item that does not fit into your concealed weapon or gear slots, and retrieve them later.

These pickups are particularly useful when you have to go through a frisk in the course of the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that could otherwise cause suspicion. However, you can only hide one item per game at a location that is a pickup for the agency.

This DLC adds new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Once you've reached the marker for your mission be sure to identify a group at the time you arrive.
