This is a great robot irobots vacuum cleaner for those with a mixture of carpet and hard floors. Its most distinctive feature is its obstacle detection, which intelligently eliminates furniture legs, cords as well as pet debris. It also does a great job at cleaning hard floors and removing long hairs that get stuck in the brush.

Watching the i7+ clear rooms is a fascinating experience. It follows a similar pattern to the way a lawn-care professional trims a field before an event. You can further alter the map using the app by adding virtual boundaries and giving rooms names. This means that you can schedule the i7+ to clean around the cat's litter tray every morning or avoid the sofa in the living area after everyone has gone to go to bed.

The i7+ is also equipped with a side-brush and a tangle-free squeegee that spins and a tangle-free spinning squeegee, both of which are for removing debris that would otherwise be left on the ground. It also has a battery with Recharge and Resume technology, which means it can pick up right where it left off on the previous cleaning session, when you let it charge.

The 694 is a great basic robot that can help you keep your home clean without the advanced features found in more expensive models. Its slim profile is ideal for reaching underneath low-clearance couches or coffee tables and other furniture, and it's also one of the quietest robot vacuums we've tested.

This is the most basic model we've seen. It doesn't have features that are available in higher-end models. For instance, it doesn't work via an app, which means you'll have to manually set the schedule using the remote control. It does not include a battery level or dust bin alert.
