It also comes with a handy carry strap and can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 pounds but also comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket as well as a parent storage compartment, and more. It can also be used with a child's car seat and comes with a brake that is easy to engage that is flip-flop friendly.
