The Importance of Upgrades in World of Warcraft

Upgrades are a new kind of item that can provide a boost to your stats. They can be used to upgrade your armor, trinkets and weapons.

Upgrades to items employ a method known as "upgrade pity" to determine probabilities. This system is meant to limit the odds of luck and offer an adequate safety net when upgrading.

After a weapon has been fully upgraded, the player is able to continue to upgrade items it so long as he/she has the correct upgrade materials and currency. It's important to note that weapons are only upgraded to a maximum level of 25. As a result, players should only upgrade their weapons when they've accumulated the maximum number of upgrades through regular and Whetblade items.

Trinkets
